The form is not displaying in full on mobile device

    Thanks again.

There is no iframe widget in the version of Elementor I am using. I copied the iframe script and pasted it into the HTML widget frame of Elementor on the customer engagement form page of the website. So far the only glitch I notice is on the Cell Phone view. When holding the Cell Phone in the vertical position the bottom of the form is cutoff and the signature field is missing. However, when you start entering data into the fields at the top of the form you can then scroll to the bottom and the rest of the form is there. But, when you try to enter your signature as soon as you lift your finger off the screen the form jumps right back up to the top to fill in the other fields. This of course is very inconvenient and time consuming. However, when turning the Cell Phone to the horizontal position the form is completely viewable with the signature field present. The Tablet seems to work fine.

    Please get back. Victor

    Hello Victor,

HTML widget is correct. You have to use that when embedding a form to WordPress with Elementor as its page builder.

The iframe embed codes have a script where it will auto adjust the form height based on the open content. The form should do this automatically on both desktop and mobile devices (portrait or landscape).

We would like to investigate this further. Can you share the direct link to the page where the form was embedded? Would you also mind telling us the device that you're currently using to open the form?

Here's also another workaround you can try.

    1. Install our Embed Form plugin for WordPress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/embed-form/.

    2. Using the Shortcode widget from Elementor, enter the shortcode for the form as

    [jotform id="210046006386043" title="Customer Engagement Form"]

    or

    [jotform id="210009275695255" title="Customer Engagement Form 2"]

Test it out, and see if that works. You can do it this way if it works. If not, try the default embed method:

    Thanks

Here is the page I embedded the form on: https://waterfixers.com/customer-engagement-form/

My Cell Phone is an LG Stylos LG L 722DL

I'd like to see if you can solve the issue on your end before adding any more widgets to WordPress if possible to do so.

Thank you for the additional information. I don't have the exact same phone that you have but I did test the issue you are having on an Android Device using the Google Chrome browser and I was not able to reproduce the issue.

May we ask what browser you were using when you encountered the issue you have described on your mobile device, please? Have you also tried using a different device and/or browser?

We will wait for your response.

I'm using Google as the Browser. When I turn the phone horizontally the form works fine.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form on a Chrome browser on an android device, and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to scroll down in your webpage and sign on embedded form as well.

Have you tested your form in any other device? I would suggest you to please test your form in another mobile device and get back to us if the issue persists.

We will wait for your response.
