How can I send a notification to someone other than the hardwired email

How can I send a notification to someone other than the hardwired email. I want to send it to an email that my responder provides. The information I send to the Second person does not contain the personal information of the respondent.

To clarify, each time the form is submitted, two persons will receive an autoresponder email? One is the submitter, and the other is a completely different person with a different email template?

If so, then simply create another Autoresponder email and change the Recipient Email.
