    Like i want to insert add button in my form how to do that 

    i mean like suppose a customer wants to add 2 items in same field

    Unless you are talking about a shopping-cart function, the only way to do this is by creating a show/hide conditional logic.

    You can create a dropdown or radio button field, and add all the fields. And upon choosing yes/no , the fields will be shown so your user will add a second or 3rd item. Please check the guides below

    Otherwise, if the function you are looking for is a shopping cart-like form, then this is not possible
