Conditional Rules - Control Access to Certain Parts of the FormAsked by walkingtreetravel on October 20, 2013 at 04:15 PM
Hello! I currently have three forms linked to one another. The thank you page is a custom URL that leads to the other form. In the first form, I have information that is not applicable to certain applicants, therefore it is hidden from them. For example, adult participants do not see standards of behavior. I want to hide the two adjacent forms so that Adult Participants and Group Organizers do not see the following two forms (guardian one and guardian two information). I only want Type of Applicant (student) to fill out the two connected forms. Is there a way for me to do this?
one form custom url hidden fill two forms
Hello, from what i undertand you would like to have certain users not go through the process of reviewing the other forms. I would suggest to make a conditional Thank you page for those who do not need to go through the other forms.
You can find the options to set conditional rules to Thank You Pages through:
Conditions on the top toolbar of the Form Editor
Then to click on the options highlighted on the Conditions Wizard window (whichever you preferr).
If you need further assistance, do let us know. Thank you.
