Upload Space has reached the limit

    Hi Jotform support team,

    we currently facing out of upload space limit and already empty the trash submission also clear the cache as I read on forum. Unfortunately, the upload space still out of limit.

    Is there anything that we should do?

    Kindly need your help.

    There are 127 submissions in the Trashed entries section of your form's submission page:

    Please purge them and check.

    and now I already empty my trash and the upload space still reach the limit.

    I have activated your account now, but please note that you are nearing your upload space limit of 100 MB. It is currently at 76 MB.

    This is due to the 68 submissions on your form and their linked uploads.
