I rotate our TUFF HQ Enquiries to our Sales team, by changing the email address once a week, however each time I change to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org (going to the same person), these enquiries don't come through. This is the only email I can see that is affected by this.
Could you please check both emails to see if you can see any problems?

I have checked both email address you have provided. And both of them are not in the bounce list.

Have you checked your spam folder?
Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know. We're here to help.
