not getting mails

    in starting when i build form i was getting mails smoothly then after some hours not getting a single mail

    Hello,

    As I have checked, your email is not in the bounce list.

    If the Sender Email address is not a big issue for you, simply choose noreply@jotform.com.

    Otherwise, you have 3 options
    1. Use the Mandrill option if you need the Email question to be shown as the "From" address. This is specially useful when setting up Email Notifications and Autoresponders.
    2. Verify your email address if you just want to show your own email address as the "From" address. This is specially useful when setting up Autoresponders.
    3.You can even use your own SMTP server settings for the same purpose above

    Have you checked your spam folder?


    Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.
