    I cannot figure out how to get the subtotal and make the product required

    Hello ardy0689,

    Thank you for the form you created for me. But I still can't figure out completely how you created it.

    I imported it at least 10 times and then tried to go through the payment wizard, then I tried to make it from the scratch...still no luck.

    I got as far as realizing that you used the "single product" option, but I can't figure out how to get the subtotal in there.

    Also, this is just the tuition. You made it show the radio-buttons by making it 2 separate products. But what if there actually is another product? Specifically, $50 Registration Fee. Everybody has to pay that (i.e. checkbox), and then choose the number of hours per week to calculate the tuition.

    Is this even possible? I tried to add another product (the Reg Fee), but it showed an error message, saying that I can't add anymore products.

    I'm still hoping it's somehow possible to show both the mandatory Reg Fee and the Tuition options.

    Hi Ondrej,

    Sub-total can only be enabled when you turn on special pricing on your products. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/225-How-To-Add-Options-In-The-Payment-Form (Look for II. Add a Custom Property to Item)

    Regarding on your second concern, you have to add another product on the existing payment tool. Jotform doesn't support multiple payment fields that's why you keep getting an error.

    Here's how:

    Go to the payment wizard by clicking the wand icon on your payment field.

    Hit next until you reached the product section. Click Add New Product to add one.

    Tick required so the product will be set mandatory.

    In addition to what my colleague has posted, from your previous concern you can only choose one of the 2 products. But this time you added one more - Registration Fee

    For this situation, you may move back and change the Payment options

     

    And choose "Users can select multiple products" instead. This allows users to choose more than 1 product.
