Under my account it shows the email I need my forms to come to, but they are going to my adminsitrative email (that I do not check often) How can I get these to come to my other email address!

Please go through this userguide to Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications
If you have already set the email Id you intended to have your submitted forms send their notification please make an actual submission to check if it is going through a Test submission will send the notifications to the email ID under which the submissions are sent to.
To change the email Id to which your submissions are sent to please go through this guide on how to delete the current email ID and then set a different one:How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder Setting Up Email Notifications Send Notifications to Multiple Recipients
