Hello,
We have a COVID form that I have built in jotform; I then send an email every morning to the individuals who are required to complete it. One of the gentleman who used to access it is told to login with a password which he has never needed to do and does not have a password.
I have sent him a link via text which he can access properly again but wondering what can be done about the link in the email not working for him?

When you share a form link, please make sure to share the direct link and that your form is set as a Public Form.
The Assign Form / Invite By Email options ask users to register their assignee JotForm accounts for access.
