Submissions Showing but no data in download when we go to download our form to Excel.
Our My Forms screen shows 140 submissions for a Comptetition we ran. When you click to view them the summary screen is blankand when you download all the dates of submissions come down but no other fields.
When we open the form all our form images/boxes etc are also gone even though it was cloned off a previous form and was used to collect data
Can you please investigate http://www.jotform.com/Logitech/11434207252

Unfrtunately, we had a problem while you were creating this form last Thursday. You will need to re-create this form. I recovered the data as much as I can. You can see it on your submissions page. Sorry about it.

Hi, thanks for that. We are really dissapointed with that. We would have hoped that the systems and back up procedures were strong enough that things like that wouldn't be an issue. This form was collecting competition entries from a $30,000 advertising campaign and now poses legal issues if the data is incorrect.
In the last two weeks there has been issues with the JotForm being hacked, images being held on servers and now this with our form being corrupted.
We just upgraded our account and would like to know what compensation we will be receiving please.

We don't usually provide partial refunds on yearly subscriptions but I have refunded 1-month professional subscription for you.
As you know a whitehat hacker found a security vulnerability in our site about two weeks. Since then we have been making changes on our servers and code. We did not only fix that particular vulnerability, but we started looking into all other possible weak points. All of our developers stopped what they were doing and started working on the security project. The other two problems you encountered were also side effects of these changes. We usually have a pretty good testing and deployment system, and we try to make sure we do not push any bad code to production. However, the recent changes we have been making were more complex and more difficult to test.
I hope you will keep on believing in us. Thank you.
