Display items not checked in Notification Email

Asked by bstravel on October 21, 2013 at 11:40 AM

I've created a daily checklist form that a user fills out at the end of their shift and was wondering if it's possible to display the items that have not been checked in a field on the email notification?

Unfortunately, that is not possible to do on JotForm. The notifications will only show the marked checkboxes to avoid confusion.

However, this suggestion may be a workaround that you may want to consider:

This is a form I made just for example

This is the changes I made on my notification template for the email alerts.

As you can see here, I also included or typed the possible options for a user to choose.

So whenever a user has submitted the form and left out some items, you can immediately tell what was missing.

If you need further assistance, feel free to post them here on the forum. Thanks

Thanks for the quick response, unforunatley there are over 50 options on the form so this doesn't seem link an ideal solution.

Can you please provide the specific form in which we can review and maybe we can come up a better suggestion after investigating your form. Thanks
