I have the buyer form created, now how do they access it to fill it out? Also, how do I set up the parameters on who the form goes to when it's filled out? Thanks! Stacie
Hello stacie, you just need to give them the form URL and distribute it to them by:
1. From the Form Builder, click "Preview" button and the Preview window will popup
All you need to do is to copy and distribute this link above the Preview mode.
Once the form is submitted it uses your default Notification template. Each newly created form has already a default Notification alert.
1. Click "Setup & Embed" tab
2. Click Email Alerts
3. Choose your Notification template name
4. In here you can customize the message body. Click "Recipient and Reply-To Settings" button
5. In this window, you can customize the parameters of the following
"Sender Name" = From
"Sender Email" = From(email address)
"Reply-To Email" = Email address that is set to where you want to reply
"Recipient E-mail" = This is the receiver of the email when someone fills up and submits the form. You will receive the notification on this email address. You can put multiple email addresses by putting a comma , or a semicolon ; in between each email address
