Email Notification

    Hello,

     

    I am not getting an email when I select the setting HTML Mode for the body of the email, but I do get one when I select "Text Mode".  I have added noreply@jotform.com to my safelist, but that doesn't seem to matter.    The emails are not even going to my email quarantine area. 

     

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    this kind of issues is usually related with network security options, some firewalls blocks emails containing HTML content, so I'd like to know if you are getting your emails behind a firewall, using an email client like MS Outlook or Thunderbird.

    Could you try using a different  email address as the email notification recipient in order to see if this issue is only related with that email account.

    Thank you for your reply.  I think you're correct.  The email is getting sent to a different email that I configured so I do think that it's email site specific.  I am troubleshooting with hosted email company now.   Thank you for your assistance!  Much appreciated!
