I need to make an online application form that is emailed as a PDF so we can save it and print it out when required as opposed to just having it as text within an email. Ideally I would like it to hold the same formating as the form that is sent within the email but as a PDF. Can you please advise if this is possible in the advanced feature or if there is a way to do this?
I have attached a copy of a screen shot of the email that I recieve but would like this txt as a PDF.
Also can we modify the PDF to have our logo's on it?

We currently do not have this feature available but there is a workaround that might be useful to you. That is by integrating your form with a Dropbox account.
Each successful form submission will upload a PDF file to your dropbox account, in the folder you specify with the integration. This PDF file shall contain all information entered by the user.
I cloned your form and made a test submission to demonstrate how the pdf file looks like. Click here to view the pdf file.
I know it's not pretty but so far that's the best workaround I can offer to you.

Of course you must first sign up for a dropbox account before you can start integrating your forms with dropbox.

You can use a Hidden Box to display custom text information in the pdf file. It can be found under the Power Tools section.
You can set as the default value of the hidden box the custom text that you want to display such as in this pdf file.

EDIT: I did not notice your question about the logo. I don't think it's possible but I'll try to find a way.

Great thanks for pointing that out.
Once I am ready to get our form intergrated into our site I will definitly be siging up as a paid user to get the additional functions. This has been a whole lot easier than trying to write the script my self, a big help and time saver!
