Account Reactivation

    I have deleted a number of submissions from my JotForm account and the site still says I’m over quota. How can I re-activate my account?

    Hello @karenguinncustoms,

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    I checked your account and I do see that it has been locked due to an "over quota" status. However, upon checking your account usage I can see that you are well within the limitations of your account.

    It seems that the usage counter did not reset after you deleted your submissions, so the system mistakenly flagged your account as over quota. Our apologies for this inconvenience.

    I have now removed the over-quota status and reactivated your account. You may now access the account once again and continue building your forms.
