Hello, I have a form and the third condition I set is applying only one of four actions I set. What is the issue? Is there a limit to the number of total actions that can be set to a form?

I don't think we have any limit on number of action items in your conditions.
The conditions you have created in your form seems to be fine. In order to check further can you please explain how you expect the conditions to work and we will help you alter the conditions to achieve your requirement.
You have 4 "Project Number Type". Do let us know what should be hidden when each of the project number type are checked.
We will wait for your response.

IF-Project Number Type=marketing number,
THEN- Hide Project Office (not working)
Hide Billing Client (works)
Hide Gross Fee (not working)
Show Estimated Start (works)
Hide Fee Type (works)

The problem is that you have also stipulated in another separate conditional, that Hide Gross Fee and Hide Project Office shoud
So, you should take those out from that conditional array
Them, make a new conditional logic like this:
IF-Project Number Type EQUALS Marketing number
IF Project Number Type EQUALS Billing Only (No Newforma Folders)
Hide Project Office
Hide Gross Fee
To make this to work, click on Add New Rule at the bottom of the wizard. Then remove Project Office and Gross fee from the other conditionals
