How to create Online donation form

Asked by Laura McKinzie on October 21, 2013 at 09:15 PM

We are a non-profit who is trying to enhance/streamline our online donation forms. We need to be able to accept onetime and monthly recurring donations using Authorize.net and Pay Pal for donors who have Pay Pal accounts.

Does your product intergrate with both companies and is it able to handle the recurring monthly donations via Authorize.net?

Frankly, we tried Wufoo and they can not handle the recurring donations unless we add on YET another service, Chargify, I feel we are now being nickled and dimed to death!

    Please advise.

    Hello,

Yes we do support Paypal and Authorize.net

When you add one of the chosen Payment gateway, you will be redirected to the configuration and from there you can choose different option where you can collect donations.

Kindly let us know if you need further assistance on this and we'll be glad to help you.

    Thank you.

Specifically - do you seamlessly integrate with the recurring process in
authorize.net? ie if someone wants to set up a $10 per month recurring
donation, can your form be used for this & seamlessly integrate into the
ARB process at authorize.net. Wufoo can not, hence why we are looking
    elsewhere.

    @Laura

You can setup the recurring process with authorize.net, however,  it does not work with donations by default, it only works with subscriptions. However, you can customize it so that you can use it for donations,  as you can see in this guide: How to setup a recurring payment option

There, you can learn how to setup your payment form to accomplish what you need.

I hope that helps. Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance with this or kindly open a new thread to make unrelated questions.

    Thanks
