    Getting an Error with every image sent in via our forms

    Hi there,

    For every submission for seemingly every form we have there is an error when we try to view the image:

    The error page reads:

    <Code>AccessDenied</Code>
    <Message>Access Denied</Message>
    <RequestId>970E71CED8A747EB</RequestId>
     <HostId>
    67W6jdhIh6m5vSYM8N+Vh4ynGwBBHlKrRMfli4jK0h4vVPcpGK6LK14R90zkHq8a
    </HostId>
    </Error>
    From looking through the questions others have asked I know your usual response to these sorts of requests with asking the user to re-upload pictures but as it seems to be happening to every one of our pictures I imagine this isn't the best way to proceed?

    We apologize for this delayed reply, Heather.  I've made a test on your form and it seems to be working fine. 

    If you have embedded your forms to any website, can you please provide us a link where we can see and check your form(s)?  It appears that the problem may have something to do with it.
