How to reset forgoten password so that I can delete my account?

I am trying to delete my account and cannot remember my current password. When I try to change my password or update it....it is asking for my current password. why is deleting my account so difficult? Help thank you

From our back end, I checked that there is no JotForm account named mmbubnis or account associated with mmbubnis@gmail.com.

Could you please inform us have you success on deleting your account?

If not, could you please provide us the account username or the email address associated with the account?
