I made a form to choose what subscription you want for your mobilephone. You can see the form here (watch out it's german):
Let's say you chose the radiobutton "Neuabo". You will see a new question where you may want to choose "Privatkunde". If you choose that a new question appears and so on. That all works perfectly.
But there's a problem: If you decide to change the first radiobutton to "Verlängern" all the fields and questions that appeard before will stay instead of disappearing. Is there any was I can solve this problem? I tried to set new conditions and hide every field whenever you change a radiobutton but that only brought up more problems.
I hope you understand my question for englisch isn't my first language ;-) Thank you in advance for any help

I think you already manage to fixed the issue of your form. Upon checking, I wasn't able to replicate the issue that you are referring. Please take a look at this video: http://www.screencast.com/t/S2SmLtim
Have you tried already clearing your browser cache and cookies? If not, please give a try.

Unfortunately the problem isn't solved.
When you clicked "Privatkunde" the field "Sind Sie unter 26 Jahre alt? 1" appeared. Then you changed the first radiobuttons from "Neuabo" to "Verlängern". Now the field "Sind Sie unter 26 Jahre alt? 1" is still visible but it should disappear again.

Thnaks for contacting us.
I have cloned your form and checked it from closer and found that the field "Sind Sie unter 26 Jahre alt? 1" is still appearing because of the option "Privatkunde" continues being selected even if it's hidden after selecting the option "Verlängern". Please see the next video to understand what I'm refering to: https://shots.jotform.com/eliezer/Screen%20Captures/conditions_001.swf
However, It seems it's getting a bit difficult to find an alternative solution to avoid that behavior from the radio buttons, I have already tried using a dropdown field instead of radio button, but it gives the same result . So, I will put a bookmark to this thread and will dedicate time to work on it trying to find a solution during the day. If we are able to get the form fixed we'll notify you ASAP.
