I am using this to ask for Volenteers for a job, say I only need ten volenteers for a job, when I get those 10 responses to that  job is there away to disable the question so no more can volenteer for that job?

    Thank you

Hi StyleWeekly,Thank you for your message. I'm afraid you have to closely monitor the form submissions in order to accomplish this. JotForm at the moment does not have the ability to limit the submissions for each form. Once you observed that 10 submissions have already been received, you have to manually disable the form. To cancel the form, simply go to the Preferences button located on the Setup & Embed tab of the form toolbar. We hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns, and thank you for using JotForm!JOTFORM SUPPORT

    Hi StyleWeekly

A possible workaround for this is to make a reports page for the form and have that page monitored for changes by a service that emails you when the page is changed. Unfortunately, from what I can tell, those services don't notify you immediately.
