Matrix Dynamique Widget: Why is it not collecting data?

Hello! My client intake form has a field for a client to give certain information about their children. Once they enter a child, if they have more to enter, they can select "add another child." However, the last child they add does not save. What am I doing wrong?

If you add two children, only one will show. If you add three children, two will show.

I tested the form, and I can replicate the issue on my end. It doesn't save the first child's information, too, when we enter only one child's data. If we enter 2nd child information, then it saves the first one only.

I am forwarding this issue to our backend team. I can't give an ETA when this is fixed, but you will be notified on this thread.

I checked out the widget and it works as should. In order to save data, you need to press the "Add another child" button. I'd suggest changing the button's text to "Save and add another child" for escaping confusion. I hope it helps. Please check out the widget once again and let us know if you need further assistance.
