Hi there!
Please note that the view in the form builder and PDF cannot be the same.
You can edit your form in PDF Editor and print it from there. You can also change the question alignment of the form from Left to Top. It will match the form better.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

In addition to that,
If you only want to print the form as is, without the user's data in it, add a PRINT BUTTON to your form.
Complete guide: Print-Button-on-Forms
And if you want to print the form as is, but with the user's data in it, you would utilize either the EDIT LINK on the Email Notification or the PRINT BUTTON on the Submissions Page while editing a submission.

You can also directly print the form by pressing the "Ctrl + P" key on your keyboard.

Hi LaSanteHC672,
Could you kindly elaborate with us which changes happen on the online form? As it is PDF Editor, it shouldn't change your online form.
Please provide us with screenshots too. Kindly note we can't receive image via email reply, you will need to open this ticket and click on the image icon.

Hello @LaSanteHC672,
As my colleague mentioned, we are not able to see the differences in the forms that you are referring to. Kindly share a screenshot of these changes so we can assist you further. Related User Guide - How-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum
However, please note that the easiest way to print your form would be to simply use the browser print functionality "ctrl+P", however, this might not include the form in the exact style you want.
The best option is to go into your PDF Editor page and create an offline PDF version of your form. That way you can have a printable offline version and an online version of the same form. Related User Guide - How-to-create-a-pdf-form
