I have not received any support!

    We started using JotForm last week and are happy with the product, but have had a couple of questions and have NOT received any support. The support seems to be non existant. We upgraded our account today to pay, but still no help.

    If we cant get support product is worthless

    It looks like they are struggling with support if you read through the forum. so sad.
