    No longer getting a confirmation/verification email alert

    hi. we run multiple programs, where we have participants enter a list of raters (names and emails) and we have it always set up to get email alerts when someone submits a form. But for our most recent form, we're not receiving the verification email alert. We have everything set-up properly but the confirmation emails aren't coming through.

     

    Can you help? We're under a time-crunch on this as well.

    Hi,

    after checking your form it seems that everything is right configurated, I made some test submissions but I couldn't find any records in our email server logs. I'll escalate this issue to our second level support team, as soon as we get news about it we will let you know.

    It seems that this issue is only related with your email address kabele@trustedadvisor.com, so meanwhile could you change it to a gmail or yahoo, hormail etc email service account .

    I'll go ahead and change it to gmail and see what happens. We had another email on that reply all..."sstyer@trustedadvisor.com" who wasn't receiving the confirmations either. What's strange is we use this often (a couple times a month) and all works fine in the exact same set-up but this version isn't working. I got your test emails from yesterday, and i ran it myself and it worked but this morning it stopped working again. ...

    Hi,

    just to clarify:

    My test mail of yesterday was sent from my gmail personal account in order to prove that your email address was working fine, I have sent the email directly from my gmail account and not from your form.

    According to the main issue, could you confirm that your form email notifications are working with a gmail account? 

    I can see that the ticket corresponding to this issue was already assigned to one of our members of the second level support team, as soon as we get news about it we will let you know.

    I can confirm I changed the confirmation emails to be sent to my gmail account. "kbabele@gmail.com"
