Items on List - Wildcards on Conditional RulesAsked by srozenfeld on October 22, 2013 at 05:33 PM
If I have product names in dropdown somthing like this :
ProductName1 - 1000
ProductName1 - 2000
ProductName1 - 3000
ProductName1 - new product
ProductName2 - 4500
ProductName2 - 34000
ProductName2 - 3400
ProductName2 - new product
is it posible to create condition on a partial name ( to parse the field value) . somthing like this
if product = ProductName1* do this ...
if product = ProductName2* do this ...
The use of wildcards would not be possible in the creation of the condition. As you will need to selected the conditional field form a predefined menu, like so:
In which case it will be a matter of creating a rule for each needed item on the form.
