JotForm forms are already optimized for mobile browsers. We generate optimized versions of forms for mobile devices so they are readable and easy to fill. They do work perfectly on Android and iPhone browsers.
JotForm has also been tested on majority of mobile and smartphone browsers, so this should not be a problem.
Do get back to us if you see any issue and we can resolve that by injecting custom css.

Upon viewing on my blackberry 9780, I am able to view the form though it is not as easy to navigate since the screen are very limited unlike using android and iOS devices. However, I am not sure on the Blackberry 10 using Phones like Q10, Z10 etc. But the forms created within JotForm are mobile friendly, you will be able to view it just like any website.
Please let us know if you have further clarifications. We'd love to help.
Thank you for using JotForm.
