    Is it possible to give a form a transparency rather than a solid colour? My website has a background and I want the fields to appear over this background

    Hello,

    This certainly is possible. Try inserting this custom css code into your form to achieve the transparent effect:

    body, html, div.form-all {
    background:transparent;
    }

    To inject custom css:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Preferences Form button
    3.  Choose Form Styles tab
    4.  Copy and paste the css code I have provided above to the Inject Custom CSS textarea

    Let me know if this solution works for you. Feel free to contact us again if it doesn't or if there's anything else that you'd like to ask. Thank you.

    That worked! Well kind of. I've set a background image in the properties for that page which expands to fill the page as you stretch the internet explorer window. This command whilst indeed making the form appear over the background has also removed the pages ability to "tile" the background image which now only shows in its orignal scale and then ends showing white. I'm working with Dreamweaver, Hope this makes sense!!

    Thanks:-)

    Hi abdigital

    Could you please provide the URL of the page within which the form is embedded? Perhaps that might help us better grasp why this is happening because we would be able to view the source.

    Incidentally, there's an alternative way to make the background of the form transparent. In the screenshot above, where you see "Click to edit" to the right of background, type the word transparent and save the change.

    Awaiting the URL of your page.

    Thanks.

    Oh that fixed it Wayne thank you. Typing transparent in the "Click to edit" box worked.
