You can set this up using an Autoresponder email. Autoresponder emails are sent to users who have successfully submitted a form. Since your form has a Paypal payment field in it, a submission will only be considered successful if the user has completed the payment for that transaction. Otherwise, the submission will be marked as Pending.

Now, since Jotform only sends email alerts (notifications and autoresponders) if the submission is successful, meaning payment is completed, you can use the autoresponder to send an email with the link to the product purchased.
