    Greetings.

Yes, you do need to have a PayPal account to receive payments to your PayPal. After you create an account, you need to enter your PayPal email in the widget, all received funds will be forwarded to your PayPal account.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that I’ve had people submit the forms and everything worked fine but then I have random people that it doesn’t work for that’s what I’m saying. I don’t ever receive payment from a bad don’t have that set up I don’t even really need that option but I’m just trying to figure out is why they’re getting this message when I don’t need payment from then I take payments from somewhere else

    Hello,

Please let us know if this is the form with an issue: https://www.jotform.com/form/203422353448148

I checked it again and it is still not connected to your PayPal account. Do you have a PayPal account?

If yes, add it to the PayPal Account field and click the Save button. After that, please test the form again and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Hello,

If you do not want to collect the payment, you can delete the PayPal field.

If you want to still collect information about what products and total price their order, you can use the Purchase Order integration. Please check this guide and see if that would work for you: https://www.jotform.com/help/460-how-to-create-payment-form-with-purchase-order

I also reviewed the form you mentioned and it does not have any payment integration so your users should not see any pop-up payment on the form.

    I have checked your form:
    https://form.jotform.com/203422353448148

And it does not have any payment fields in them, so there should be no errors related to PayPal when trying to submit this form.

Would you mind if we submit your live form directly so we could test it?

    Thank you for your cooperation.
