Are your testing your notification email by clicking on the "Test Email" button?
Test email button will always send test email to your account email address. Upon checking your email address "email@example.com" is not in our bounce list but your account email address "firstname.lastname@example.org" is in our bounce list for following reasons:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : MassEmailer failed
I have removed it from our bounce it and it should be working fine now. Were you trying to use this email for mass emailing?
