    Hello,

Your product looks very interesting, and I am keen to know if it would be possible to recreate this travel agency booking form using your platform (screenshots below)?

The whole thing is currently built off of Umbraco, which is grossly outdated.

Please feel free to create a fake account if it's of any help to understand the user flow!

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

On the visual end of things, we wouldn't be able to reproduce the exact same thing.

Regarding the flow, you can upload files (https://www.jotform.com/help/332-how-to-create-file-upload-forms) and also save and continue later (https://www.jotform.com/help/97-deprecated-how-to-save-forms-and-continue-later).

Regarding the part where you are asking for "the user to sign-in", could you please let us know the flow behind this requirement?

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for the quick response and links, Gaetan! Français?

I'm not too worried about the visual side of things, fortunately.

Re: users signing in need to make accounts to access the booking form in two types: admins and general users. Admins can CRUD other users' general details and track application progress at the moment.

Their accounts may be linked to a particular service they decide to purchase.

Please let me know if you need further clarification. :)

    Hi,

    Thank you for the clarification.

Your requirement for two types of access on the form is possible through conditional logic, for reference: https://www.jotform.com/features/conditional-logic/

Through conditional logic, you can hide or show fields based on the user's answer: How-to-show-or-hide-fields-base-on-users-answer

You can also disable fields if they are general users and enable them if it is an admin user: How-to-enable/disable-fields-using-conditional-logic or requiring a field as well: How-to-make-a-field-required-based-on-users-answer

I think you would need a field that will determine if the user is an admin or a general user to trigger the conditions. By default, you can show the regular fields to general users, but if the user has access as an admin then they can access the hidden fields on the form. Please check this ticket wherein my colleague made an example, and just to provide you with an idea: How-to-set-an-access-code-to-a-form

Alternatively, if you are referring to an 'Approval Process' -like workflow, please refer to this guide: A-general-approach-on-building-an-approval-process-workflow

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
