need to print order form. Order was placed 3 days ago.

I'm sorry, but are you referring to an entry you made on a form created with JotForm, or do you mean you have a form with JotForm and want to print an order made to it? I can't find an account under your email address if it's the latter. If it's your form, you would need to log in to view and print.
