Approval workflow.

Hi,

I would like to create a FORM which is fillable with answers but then the same FORM is emailed by choosing email address which is provided in that form.

Next person now fills the rest of it so it can be emailed to himself and cc to few other people.

How would I go about creating something like that.

Right now we are using Google Form to do so.

Google Form is filled out originally by using a link then a separate link is forwarded to the next chosen person who clicks on the link to fill their part which is then forwarded to that person an cc'd list.

But there are times Google link screws up so we want to move it to Jotform.

Please help so we can make this transition.
