PDF randomly not sending on every email.

Hello, I have a form for a client that every time it's filled out it needs to send a PDF that includes all the information and all the attachments. It has been working for a long time but over the last month or so it randomly decides to not attach the PDF. Are we running into size issues or something like that.

Also, is there a way for my clients to access the back end of ONLY their forms? That way if something doesn't go through they can go look?

    Thanks,

    Jack Flick

    Hi,

You can update the autoresponder email settings and add the edit submission link to the email content. In this way, if the user wants to edit their submission, they can click the link in the email content. Please check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-how-to-let-users-update-their-form-submissions-at-a-later-date

As for the missing PDF attachment, there is a 5 MB file size limit for the attached file(s). The files will not be attached if you reach the limit.

To ignore the limit, you send it from your own email server by setting up an SMTP in your account. Please check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-how-to-setup-smtp-for-a-form

I hope this information helps. Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!
