Hidden Fields Action on Response

I have several hidden fields on this form that I DO NOT want visible to the person completing the form. Once the form is submitted I DO want the Maintenance Person receiving the (email: lead142@yahoo.com)form to be able to see the hidden forms elements and respond by completing those hidden fields to an administrator (admin@parrishbrumfield.com) that the maintenance items has been completed. How do I accomplish that?

Hello Gil,

You can check this guide which provides a very similar workflow for the one required to your form:

The only thing that you would change is to use a field (email or short text) instead of the dropdown in this guide and make a condition that will show the hidden fields when a certain value known to the Maintenance Person is typed in.
