i forgot my password and don’t receive mail to reset my password, after click in link to send e-mail.

Your account was suspended as you or someone else requested your bank to place a dispute via Stripe due to fraudulent reasons.
This action triggered the suspension of your account, to avoid further fraudulent charges. In order to reactivate your account, you must contact your bank to withdraw the dispute.

Please note that you need to first ask your bank to withdraw the dispute which was placed. Once your bank confirms that they have withdrawn the dispute, please share a screenshot of the confirmation email / document, and we will activate your account again.
