Two Questions: Google Drive Folder Creation and CRM Field Synchronization

    #1: Is there any way to only have a PDF created within Google Drive instead of a Folder and PDF for each submission?

    #2: Is there any way for me to direct the form to fields within our CRM by inputting the place to send the form and each field?

    Hello, 

    #1: Is there any way to only have a PDF created within Google Drive instead of a Folder and PDF for each submission?

    Unfortunately with the way the integration currently works. There is no way to avoid the creation of the Sub-Folder (Submission Folder).

    #2: Is there any way for me to direct the form to fields within our CRM by inputting the place to send the form and each field?

    Kindly let us know which CRM you are working with. Currently JotForm has integration features for the following CRMs:

    These are available through the top toolbar of the Form Editor, on the Setup & Embed category, then by clicking the Integration Icon and finally going to the CRM tab. (Example Screenshot Below)
