I am not able to submit my credit card details

    I tried multiple times. What should i do? I am trying to update card details , i tried with credit card as well as debit card but response is this . Click here

    your answer button is not working on my end so i am sending this again , please reply this question with solution

    I checked your account/username drsanjeev and I noted it was downgraded to the FREE plan.

    I assumed you wanted to update the subscription back to the paid plan.

    You can upgrade to paid subscription in the Billing page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    Click on the UPGRADE button of the paid plan you prefer to open the payment screen. You should be able to use your new credit card in the payment.
