Use of a generated form on website - disconnecting from JotForm submit

In your FAQ you state that it is OK to merge a form directly into a website.  This is not a violation of your terms of use agreement.  If the web master were then to modify the form to submit its content to a .Net application on the website server rather than using the JotForm engine to capture and send emails, would that be a violation of terms of use?

Thank you for your great system.

    Hi Ted,

That's fine, you can customize the form source code in your own way though if you changed any of the form field names and its action URL, form will no longer be submitted thru Jotform and it cannot process the data entered to it. Just FYI.

Do let us know if you have further questions. Regards!
