I have tested the integration with my account.
I am able to integrate Solve360 without any problem.
Please make sure you got your API Token from here.
1. Go to the upper right corner of your Solve360 page and click More
2. My Account
3. Click the tab for API Token

Still not working
Kindly try to re-generate the API token from Solve360 and try to re-integrate using the new token.

I have tried this several times but the problem stays the same
could you share with us the name or link of the form that you are trying to integrate with Solve360.
It’s just an empty form, I’m trying to intregrate 360 Solve into my Jobform
I tried to integrate a blank form with Solve360 CRM without issues by using my free trial Solve360 account. I guess that you already take this into account however could you double check if you are using the email address associated with your solve360 account when you are asked about the Solve360 login information. If the problem persist I think you should contact with Solve360 crm support.
