    Hello,

I can see no problems when using IE8 and your forms seems working fine on my end.

Also tested using Safari and Chrome Browser (working).

However, when I disable Javascript from my browser, I can reproduce the error.

So I think the users that having issues with your form have disabled Javascript on their IE browser.

Please let us know if you need further assistance and we'd love to help.

    Thank you for using JotForm.
