My forms are disabled now, What can I do?

    My forms were disabled yesterday. I want to know if next month they are going to be available again in our webpage? This is our website:

    We are trying to make tha payment with Paypal for one month but we have not succeed in doing this.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused, the reason as to why you are not able to upgrade to the paid plan is because your account had already been suspended of Overlimit. I have unsuspended your account to allow you upgrade successfully to the paid plan.

    Please follow this visual guide on how to upgrade your account to the paid plan:

    1.Login to your JotForm account  and click on Account

    2. Go to Upgrade

    3. Click on the plan you wish to, and re-upgrade
