Please help. This worked before and now is not. I can't find any support. PayPal says everything is working. Any advice?

This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions. — Generally, this error is displayed when the connected PayPal account is not a business account or not enabled with direct payments. We request you to check with PayPal support if your account type what changed from business to personal.
