Multiline question: Sublabel

    Is there any way to have the sublabel above the answers?

    Hi there,

    I believe that may not be possible. By default, this is how the multi line question is created. Also, the multiline question element is only available in the card layout.

    As you are using card form so we can not provide CSS code either as it can not be used in the Cards Layout.
