    other email in notification doesn't receive emails

    just install new form (use your service about 2 years)


    for default email ikeaserv<at>yandex.ru notifications work well

    after install in notification email other that my account email zakaz<at>dostavka5.ru notifications do not receives at this email

    email address is working

    Hello your email address zakaz@dostavka5.ru is currently in our bounce list with this message:

    zakaz@dostavka5.ru is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 Message rejected under suspici= on of SPAM q3w80X71-q4wWO31t'

    Our mail server logs stated that it was sending the email but your email provider is rejecting it due suspected spam.

    In order to correct this problem you may try the following:

    1. White list our email address. This means you have to add these on your email address book. Every email provider should have an address book or email contact list.


    2. Consult your email provider and ask them to whitelist our IP addresses:

    We have already removed your email address from our bounce list but you should white list us in order to correct the problem
