    Hi there,

I'm trying to create a payment form to take donations. I would like to offer five suggested payment options, $5, $10, $25, $50, and $100, along a way for users to do their own. I was able to create the form element but not able to connect my Paypal to it. I was able to connect my Paypal to a payment option where the user inputs their own amount, but not have any suggested payments buttons. Can you help? Thank you.

Hi appreciationdrip, thank you for reaching us.

Could you kindly elaborate with us on which PayPal are you using? It is advised to use PayPal integration depending on your PayPal account, such as personal account with PayPal Personal, business account with PayPal Business.

    We await your response.

    Hi Douglas,

Your form does not have a payment field. Please add it to the form. Then, assign the calculation values to the field with the suggested and custom amount options, add the Form Calculation widget, that will get the value from that field, and pass the calculation to the payment field.

On my demo form, the Form Calculation widget is shown, but you can hide it on your form.
