We like the form to be embedded however sometimes its harder for our
patients to use the embedded forms for some reason. Also is there a way to
save the info once they start the form and X out by mistake so that it is
saved?

We will be glad to help you with your concern.
May we ask what specific issues your patients (respondents) are experiencing so we may check it accordingly, please?
I have tested the form on the website you linked in your last reply on an Android device and the only issue I have noticed is the narrow input fields.
It appears that you have used a Full Name field for those fields and I'm afraid that the (sub) fields for that field would appear in one line, by default, on smaller screens. Since the fields are already linked to several submission data in your form, changing the field type would not be an option for you. Can you kindly confirm if that is really the issue you are referring to before we propose any possible solution, please?
We will wait for your response.
