Upon checking your web page, I can see your form showing on Firefox. Can you please elaborate more on what you mean by "not working at all" so that we can better assist with any issues you might be experiencing. Thanks

Yes the form appears, but If you select the products, the form doesn't calculate any price and everything stays in zero.

When I open up your standalone form link it calculates accurately on my end

This is your standalone form link

    https://www.jotform.com/32846040159857

I have failed to test this on your webpage or find what is wrong on it as it now shows 404 page not found error.

You might be able to fix this if your embed your form using the iFrame embed method and please see if it fixes it. I have also cleared your form's caches from our end. I advice that you do the same and clear your browser's caches

Please let us know if this issue still persists after doing the above suggestions.  Thanks

What can I say, It doesn't work on my website. I know it works on a stand alone link and also on the preview inside my jotform account. BUT it doesn't work on my website. What am I supposed to do?

Please embed it using the iFrame embed method by doing the following steps:

    1. Edit your form

    2. Click "Setup & Embed"

    3. Click "Embed"

    4. Choose "Iframe"

    5. Copy and paste the iframe code to your webpage and see if it fixes it.

Using the iframe embed method, it puts your form and enclose it on an iframe where it prevents any interference or script conflicts that your webpage might cause.

In addition to my post, I figured out the root of the problem. It is happening only on Safari browsers

However, your standalone works on different Safari versions there something in your website that interferes with JotForm code. Please do this:

Add <script>jQuery.noConflict();</script> to this portion of your web code. As JotForm uses Prototype and not jQuery. It may be interfering with the calculation.

Please let us know if the above suggestion has fixed your issue. Thanks

It seems that the submit button is at the back of the recaptcha, that is why it is not visible.

It should be below the recaptcha.

Great to know that it is now working on your Safari.

The submit button has been cut off due to height problem. Please adjust your iframe height as indicated on the image below:

As you can see from the image above, I set it to 1900 or more and the button shows immediately on developer tool on Chrome. Please adjust this on your iFrame and re-embed. Thanks
